@ do you thinkがなければWho are you talking to?という通常の疑問文になる。
挿入があると平叙文になる。

私のことを汚いゴミのようなものだと思っているんだろう。

@ a lot = 比較級とともに用いられると「ずっと」「はるかに」と比較級を強める。
still, firm, evenなども同様の働きをする。

取り消したまえ。
命令しているのに形は平叙文。Take that back.だと、単なる命令文で自分の要求を言っている感じ。この場合は脅迫に近い。「もし自分の言うとおりにしないならば…」というニュアンス。
