株式市場が不安定である現在、株に投資するよりは国債や社債などの債権を購入するほうがもっといい投資方法である。リスクから完全に逃れられるわけではないが利息が期待できる、と顧客に説明する。

Stock prices are still fluctuating.
@fluctuating = 上がったり下がったりする状況 unsettled
株価に投資するより債権に投資するほうがいい…
So I think it would be best to buy bonds, whether they are government bonds or corporation bonds, rather than to invest in stocks and shares.

＠社債＝corporation bonds, corporation debentures
＠投資＝invest in ... , make an investment in ... , put one's money into ...
It would be better to make an investment in government bonds and corporation debentures than in stocks.
Stocks and shares are not as secure as government and corporation bonds for investment.

リスクから完全に逃れられるわけではないが利息は期待できる…
You can't avoid risk altogether, but at least they are more secure and provide some interst.
You can't escape from risk. But they would be a sounder investment of your capital and some interest is guaranteed.
