Asking for a raise
It just occurred to me. If a worker knows that her boss enjoys spanking her then immediately after being spanked would be the best time to ask for a raise.
At least the best time in terms of getting more money. It would of course mean another spanking immediately, The spankee would say things like that she knows how much her boss likes it and she'll let her boss spank her at the start of every week for a 20% raise.
The boss then says that 10% is more likely.
10% will get you once a month says the spankee, who is still being spanked during this conversation.

"You win," says the boss after a while, "I'm giving you an extra 50% and you're getting the office right opposite mine."
